Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shikaku+ / Shikaku Plus ("we," "us," or "our"), including the website, game, account system, supporter features, and related services.
By using Shikaku+, you agree to these Terms.
Service overview
Shikaku+ is a puzzle game service. Users may play the game, create accounts, sign in using supported OAuth providers, view gameplay statistics, and optionally make one-time donations to support development.
Eligibility
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use this service. If local law requires a minimum age for online services or donations, you must meet that requirement.
Accounts
You may create an account without donating.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure.
- Making sure your account information is accurate.
- Using your account lawfully.
- Not sharing your account in ways that break these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be misused, compromised, fraudulent, abusive, or involved in cheating or manipulation.
OAuth sign-in
You may sign in using supported third-party services such as Meta, Google, or Discord. If you use these sign-in options, you authorize us to receive the information needed to create or manage your account.
Donations and supporter status
Donations are optional.
If you make a donation:
- Donations are one-time only for now.
- Donations are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
- Donation status may be linked to an account if the same email address is used.
- Supporter status does not give ownership of the service.
- Supporter perks, badges, or recognition may change over time.
We may use donation records to confirm supporter status and related account features.
User conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit, hack, or interfere with the service.
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Attempt to break, bypass, or reverse engineer the service in prohibited ways.
- Use the service for unlawful activity.
Gameplay statistics
We may record and display gameplay statistics, leaderboards, progress data, and related service information. Some stats may be public, semi-public, or visible to other users depending on the feature.
Intellectual property
Shikaku+, including its name, branding, game design, interface, visuals, text, and related materials, belongs to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, resell, or exploit the service content without permission.
Crypto donations
If crypto donations are supported, you are responsible for sending funds to the correct wallet or payment address. We are not responsible for user errors in sending crypto, transaction delays, or blockchain network issues.
Service changes
We may add, remove, pause, or change features at any time. This includes supporter features, account features, gameplay systems, statistics, and donation flows.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, caused harm, or created a security or abuse risk.
You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
If any liability applies, it is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months, or the minimum amount permitted by law if that limit is not allowed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
